Early life
Born to Prathima and Charamanna in the year 1994, 13th April, KC Cariappa was extremely inclined towards cricket since the very beginning of his life.
Born in the streets of Karnataka, he was selected to play for the regional cricket league (KPL), when he was just 17 years old.
Career
Cariappa is widely known to be a mystery spinner amongst the cricket world, solely attributing to his playing style, that is, bowling leg-spin. He is known to introduce interesting variations in his bowling technique like carrom ball, googly, and the quicker.
As noted earlier, KC Cariappa started his cricket journey when he was just 17 and in the year 2014, he was selected to play in the Under-19 team in the Karnataka Premier League. Further, he also played for Bijapur Bulls in the KPL and everyone was stunned by his performance in the league. He became the third highest wicket taker that year.
